- Clean radiator and check coolant level

- Check drive belt and idlers
- Check air intake hoses
- Check all oil levels
- Drain fuel tank sediment
- Empty hydraulic coupler overflow
- Drain air reservoir moisture
- Check wheel and wheel weight bolts
- Grease complete machine
- Check neutral start system,
- Check manual brakes
- Check lights for operation
- Visually check tyre pressures
- Fill windscreen washer bottle
- Reset service reminder/sticker
PREMIUM SERVICE—PERFORMED EVERY 750 HOURS
- All listed in the ‘Basic’ service
- Change transmission/hydraulic filter element(s)
- Change front axle and MFWD hub oil
MAJOR SERVICE—PERFORMED EVERY 1500 HOURS
- All listed in the ‘Basic’ and ‘Premium’ services
- Drop test axles and Check front suspension
- Clean suction screen
- Change hydraulic/transmission oil
- Change both inner and outer engine air filters
- Check viscous fan operation
- Replace cabin and recirculation air filters
Engine valve clearances are due every 2000 hours - please contact your Service Manager for a quote.
